Portfolio Action Pack

Introduction

Portfolio Action Pack (PFAP) is a collection of Automator actions for Extensis Portfolio. It is designed to automate Portfolio related tasks, such as:

Importing files
Organizing galleries
Backup of files

Actions

Action	Description
Add files to Portfolio	Adds new files to a Portfolio catalog
Ask for Portfolio Galleries	Returns the files contained in a Portfolio gallery
Get specified Portfolio records	Returns the selected Portfolio items
Add images to Portfolio gallery	Adds existing Portfolio items to a gallery
Collect Portfolio items	Collects Portfolio items to a user specified folder
Quit Portfolio	Quits Portfolio
